• Communications: Messages exchanged between Customers and Providers via the Platform, and communications with our support team.
• Reviews and Ratings: Any feedback, reviews, or ratings you submit regarding Services or Providers.

3. Automatically Collected Data

• Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile carrier.
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, time spent on pages, search queries, referral sources.
• Location Data: General location derived from your IP address or, if enabled by you, precise location data from your mobile device.

• Verification and Safety: To verify user identity (email and phone verification required for all users), and to conduct safety checks to maintain platform integrity..
• Billing and Subscriptions: To process subscription fees from Providers using third-party payment processors.
• Platform Improvement: To analyze usage trends, understand user preferences, and enhance platform features.
• Communication: To send operational mail, service updates, security alerts, booking notifications.
• Dispute Resolution: To mediate or resolve disputes between Users as outlined in the Terms of Service.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

2. Email Communication

We use your email address to send essential, transactional communications related to your account and use of the platform. These communications may include account verification emails, password reset instructions, service invoices, payment confirmations, receipts, and security or account-related notifications.

These emails are automatically generated in response to user actions or are necessary for the operation and security of the service. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional emails.

IV. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information

1. With Other Users (For Service Fulfillment)

• Provider to Customer: When a Provider accepts a booking, they receive the Customer's name, contact details (phone and/or email), and location details necessary to perform the service.
• Customer to Provider: When a Customer submits a request, the Provider receives the Customer's profile name, general location, and request details to evaluate and fulfill the booking.

2. With Third-Party Service Providers

• Analytics Providers (Google Analytics): To monitor and analyze Platform usage. Data shared is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloud Hosting Providers: We use secure cloud infrastructure for data storage and platform hosting. Your data may be stored on servers located outside Lebanon but is protected by industry-standard security measures and encryption.
• Communication Services: For sending emails, SMS notifications, and in-app messaging.

3. Legal Requirements and Business Transfers

• We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal process, protect the rights or property of Servicly, or ensure the safety of our Users or the public.
• In the event of a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on our Platform before your information is transferred.

V. Geographic Scope and Cross-Border Data Transfers

Servicly operates primarily within the Republic of Lebanon. Our Platform is provided from Lebanon and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.

Cross-Border Transfers: While we operate in Lebanon, we use cloud hosting and third-party services that may store or process data on servers located outside Lebanon (including in the European Union and United States). When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
